Information we use

We read the product data you select, including titles, descriptions, variants, SKUs, prices and images, along with your store name, domain, currency and subscription status. We store encrypted Shopify authentication sessions, which can include merchant or staff identity details provided by Shopify. We do not request customer, order or payment-card data.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate your store, save catalog snapshots, generate exports, enforce plan allowances and provide support. We do not sell this information. Shopify handles app subscription payments.

Hosting and sharing

Our application and database run on Cloudflare. Shopify provides store data and product images. These providers may process information in countries outside your own. When you create a share link, anyone who receives it can view the catalog's selected products and enabled price/SKU fields. You can revoke a link at any time. Downloaded PDFs and CSV files cannot be revoked.

Retention and deletion

Catalogs and sessions are retained while the app is installed. On receiving Shopify's uninstall notification, we delete catalogs and authentication sessions. We retain export usage counters until Shopify's shop-redaction notification so reinstalling does not reset the current allowance; that notification removes all remaining store records. Cloudflare backup retention may delay removal from backups. No separate customer records are held by Catalogrove. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your app data.

Security and questions

We encrypt authentication credentials and restrict catalog administration to authenticated store sessions. Public share links are unguessable but are not a substitute for confidential document access controls. For privacy questions, contact the support address above.
